Please note that due to the current demand on Australia Post services around Australia and air freight availability, please bear with us if there are any delays with delivery. What measures are you taking to protect against Covid-19?
The Gift Atelier places the highest priority on protecting the health and well-being of our employees, clients and customers. Based on guidance from the Australian government, we have put new measures in place;
- All team members thoroughly washing and sanitising hands every time they enter and leave our offices.
- All warehouse team members wearing medical-grade protective gloves while packing customer orders
- Clear direction to all team members to stay at home if they feel sick

Can I purchase one of these beautiful hampers in store?
We are purely an online store at this stage. Browse, shop and send from the comfort of your home.
Do you deliver on public holidays?
Unfortunately not, your order will be delivered on the next available business day.
What is my deadline to place an order?
The Gift Atelier offers FREE delivery Monday- Friday Australia wide. Orders are shipped by 10:30 am and again at 4pm, we offer express post as an express service, please note extra charges apply. (For rural or remote addresses this could take up to two business days, just give us a call if you are unsure).
I want to send to a new Mum and bub in hospital, is that possible?
Yes! We can of course deliver our beautiful hampers to hospitals. Please be sure to include as much information as you can on your order. Hospital name, address, Floor, Ward, Building or Room if possible.
Can I change my mind after placing an order?
Mistakes happen, we undertstand! If you contact us before your gift has been processed, we may be able to amend or cancel your order.
After the order has been dispatched, we can't make any changes, so get in touch ASAP! Please note any return requests will incur a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the amount you are refunded, hampers to be in their original packaging and unopened. What time will my gift arrive?
Unfortunately we aren’t able to give specific times on when deliveries will be made. Our delivery times are between 9am-5pm.
What if my recipient isn’t home?
We hope that new mum and bub will be home, to receive their beautiful, carefully chosen gift. In case they are not home, Australia Post will leave if safe to do so or return to their closest post office, leaving a calling card notifying the recipient of their attempted delivery.
What if I supplied the wrong address on my order?
Ensuring that the full and correct street address is provided for delivery is your responsibility. This includes any business names, tower numbers and hospital wards. If your hamper is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or insufficient details being supplied, we're unfortunately unable to get it redelivered to the correct address. And no one wants that, so please triple check before placing your order.
Can I make changes to my hamper at all/ make my own?
Changes are unfortunaely not possible, however we do offer the added service whereby you can add a product to any hamper, you simply add an extra product to your cart together with your selected hamper and well take care of the rest. .
What happens if my hamper is damaged in transit?
We promise our hampers leave the warehouse in pristine condition, however as we use Australia Post so cannot guarantee things won’t go awry in transit. However if there is any damage please get in touch straight away and we will of course rectify this for you. Customer service is what we are known for.
How do I personalise my gift box?
Simply add any additional products to you cart and well take care of the rest.... and please dont forget to add a gift card with your message.
How will my recipient know who that the gift is from?
We include complimentary gift cards with all of our hampers, allowing you to write a message and let the receiver know who the gift is from. Prior to checking out you will see an area where you can add your message.
What if I don't know if its a boy or girl?
We have an extensive range of unisex gifts which are suitable for both girls and boys!
Can I order on behalf of my office / company?
Sure! Simply enter a message on the complimentary gift card so the recipient knows who the gift is from.
